Your data is used solely to provide and improve the service: displaying expense reports, processing billing, sending transactional emails, and fixing bugs. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
CPA portal users may access expense data for clients who have accepted their invitation. CPA users are responsible for handling client data in accordance with their professional obligations. We do not grant access beyond what the client has explicitly consented to.
Data is stored on servers in the United States with encrypted HTTPS access and daily encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure — use the app accordingly.
Data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email support@accountabletracker.com. We will remove your data within 30 days.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@accountabletracker.com.
Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
